Front page story in today's Arizona Republic shines light on the hundreds of unresolved sex crime cases against women and children in Maricopa County. In the unresolved, now resolved sex case spotlight, is Sabrina Morrison. Sabrina was 13 years old when she told her mom that her uncle raped her. But the Sheriff's Office said there was no evidence to back up her claim.

Due to public outcry, Arpaio's office finally admitted that the 400-plus sex crimes against women and children were ignored and inadequately investigated. In Sabrina's case semen was detected on four different items, but sat idle until the outcry from groups like Citizens for a Better Arizona that demanded Arpaio be held accountable -- and must resign. Now Sabrina's uncle is sitting in a jail cell!

How anyone can vote for this man is beyond belief.
